I am so happy this location is open. Very conveniently located. Clean store as always, and very friendly employees. The same services with welding is offered here as well. I had a bracelet sized down recently there,and it fits so much better. Raquel helped me today and she was fantastic helping me pick out a gift. I have loved James Avery since high school, and will always continue to do so!

Initially, I ordered a fairly expensive charm bracelet online for my daughter. My order was completed for pick up the following day. I ordered a size just a bit small. I showed up the day after Christmas, and the James Avery in Wylie had altered the bracelet and made it perfect by 3pm. I am in the business of customer service as a local plumber. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service!!! They have keepsake and precious moments that are caught in time... And they indefinitely have my business for special and expressive gifts!!! Way to go, James Avery, for knocking the ball out of the park with your level of professional customer service !!! Thank you so much for making this a special Christmas for us !!!

I've been here a couple of times, and the ladies who work there are very friendly. I had the opportunity to have Priscilla help us. She's very kind and gives you time to look around and decide what to buy.

Grateful for a location so close to home! There are always enough employees to help everyone in the store. This location is full size, has everything you’re looking for, excellent customer service, and quick turn around for jewelry services. Love our local James Avery!
